Leftovers – Vegan Calzone

Remember that time I made pot pie??? I know, it was yesterday. Use leftover dough (recipe here), quinoa and roasted veg to make an ass kicking calzone. Food is NOT scary.

Roll out the dough and add your fave ingredients or leftovers.

Fold the dough in half & pinch the ends like a perogy. Perforate the top to let out the steam. Fun shapes are cool too, I was just STARVING so I didn’t have time.

Set your oven to 400 and bake for about 30 mins. You can go up to 410 and bake in about 20 depending on the size of your calzone/stromboli.
